Our client is growing here in the United States and looking to expand their reach within the financial services sector. They focus on leveraging market data and analytics through their cutting edge software platform to provide insights for an audited environment, as well as to validate data across all areas of a financial services firm. This is a junior level position and our client needs an aggressive self-starter, who can work with the outside team as well as independently.

Job Description

- 100% hunter focused on lead generation and new business development within the financial services sector, approx. 30-40 calls/day
- Tasked with leveraging a database and leads from account management teams, as well as prospecting to generate new leads
- Supporting an outside sales team of 5-6 reps located in Boston and New York
- Growth Potential: Promotion to Outside Sales Executive in 12-18 months after demonstrated success

Requirements

- 3+ years as a lead generation, business development, pre-sales or product specialist within the financial services space
- Experience calling into CIO, CTO, COO and Heads of Data Management within major financial service firms
- Experience with a solution-based software for back-office, data management or analytics
