Job Description

We’re currently seeking an ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS SALES MANAGER to grow and maintain deep and lasting relationships with several of our OIL and GAS clients. This business development role is based in our HOUSTON, TX (Galleria) office.

You'll sell our service offerings including contingent staffing, direct hire, managed services, SOW, and payrolling services. Your clients will be managers in the creative, marketing and digital arenas. We place UI/UX, Creative & Design, Digital Marketing, Front End Development, Content & Writing professionals. Your job is to uncover hidden pockets within our client base where digital and creative contractors will relieve our clients' staffing pain.

Keys To Success:

A proven track record in developing enterprise-level accounts in a metrics-driven environment.

Demonstrated success in SOLUTION SALES

Strong written and verbal presentation skills.

A solid background in the creative and marketing space preferred.

Experience working with OIL, GAS, ENERGY companies is preferred, but not required.

Demonstrated experience navigating large enterprises.

Service consultant background preferred- selling professional services.

8+ years experience in solution sales.

4 year college degree in general business, communications or similar field of study.

Experience selling solutions to the oil and gas industry preferred.
Experience selling advertising and digital solutions helpful.
Staffing experience is helpful.
