Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Director will report to the Boston office daily. This is a new role which this candidate will help to develop. In the early stages this representative will be closing enterprise deals and creating a repeatable sales process. The role will transition into a leadership position where the candidate will lead a team of 5-10 representatives calling on enterprise level, Fortune 1000 companies. Our client is already having tremendous success - this role is for someone to augment and help develop the sales process at an enterprise level.

Requirements

- 7-15 years experience in closing Fortune 1000 enterprise level deals
- Metrics driven
- Measurable track record of success of meeting or beating quotas
- Measurable track record of success in mentoring and coaching reps - a proven leader
- Driven by leadership
- Backs up, coaches, mentors, and encourages reps
- Shows value internally by gaining trust and credibility
- Requires increasing amount of travel with ~3 trips per quarter to start, and will reach ~25%
