Job Description

Who You Are
We are looking for a business development/sales with experience in Janitorial industry. If you love sales and you want to help build our company you may have found your next career opportunity! We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who are ready to join a dynamic and growing business. Skills/ Qualifications:
• You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• You will locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities
• You will devise and implement strategy for meeting sales targets
• You will develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telemarketing, networking and other means necessary
• You will promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• You will develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks, and estimating clients' needs and goals
• You will close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
• You will grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
• You will maintain records of sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities
• You will protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Update job knowledge on market and trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
• You will explore new/different opportunities to add value to the company
• Must possess experience generating new opportunities and managing relationships with potential clients.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to identify and communicate solutions utilizing a consultative sales approach.


• Position is 100% commission based. There is no ceiling or cap to your earnings potential.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree
• You have 10 plus years of JANITORIAL business development or sales experience
• You have experience selling in a services based industry
• You (ideally) have experience in Facilities Solutions (janitorial, floor care, hospitality, EVS Hospitals)
• You have amazing customer service and communication skills
• You love detail and you are highly organized
• You can communicate effectively and build relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
