Job Description

• Sell Personal Lines Insurance products to qualified individuals by consulting and advising.
• All leads are pre-qualified and have expressed interest in learning more. NO COLD CALLS.
• Meet and exceed revenue and metrics goals as defined by management

Requirements

• 1+ years of success in sales, specifically hunting new business.
• 1+ year of experience selling home & auto insurance is a HUGE plus.
• Professionalism and polish; excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
Must be able to obtain a • Personal Lines Insurance license in the state of MA.

Base Comp. $30,000.00
Total Comp. $60,000.00
