Job Description

The Inside Sales & Customer Success Manager is a critical position within the organization, as they are responsible for managing a team and driving revenue. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales management, a proven track record of managing sales teams, and the ability to hit and exceed sales goals. Experience in a technology-based organization is a must.

Requirements

- 2-3+ years of sales management working in an inside environment focused on technology
- Customer-first mindset with a strong ability to multitask and keep organized
- Technical aptitude and ability to communicate with customers across all levels of the organization
- Ability to establish KPI's for the inside sales team
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
