Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Increase productivity for all sales staff through process and tools
Ensure usage of Salesforce and cleanliness of data accelerates sales
Provide pipeline and executive summaries to business leaders
Prepare dashboards and reports for sales visibility and decision making
Manage distribution and assignment of leads
Partner with marketing to enable sales
Partner with product to ensure sales team is up to speed on products
Provide accountability for weekly sales activities
Manage sales team vendors (i.e. Salesforce, Replystream) to ensure project and support success
Train and coach sales team on CRM and sales processLead forecasting and goal setting
Lead accountability efforts (and more so, coordinate success parties)
Manage Sales Development team and the sales processLead weekly activities to ensure data accuracy and drive to goals
Coordinate campaign prep and executionRecruit, train and coach new team members
Build a Field Sales Model & Team
You will define the structure, SalesForce flow, skill sets, scripts, patterns
Recruit, train and coach inside sales team
Here’s what you’ll need to have

A history of competitiveness and winning that rubs off on others
A track record of building, developing and coaching winning inside sales teams that deliver results through awesome mentorship and implementation of processes that give teams the tools to win
Past experience in direct sales and sales management selling technology or data solutions
Additional experience in sales operations is a must
A history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
Experience with marketing/lead generation


Base Comp. $100,000.00
Total Comp. $150,000.00
