Account Director-AgencyThis opportunity is a REMOTE position!What We Need:Simmons is seeking a sales professional to drive new business. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, team-centered, results-driven environment. The individual will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and succeeding in a team-centric environment. This is a base plus commission opportunity! This opportunity is a REMOTE position!What You'll Do:Plan and execute against an assigned quota, developing a strategy to secure renewals and grow accountsMaintain an appropriate sales pipeline of new business and custom projectsProduce accurate and timely business forecasts based on your activitiesCollaborate with other team members to find and secure new business opportunitiesCollaborate with custom sales to identify, scope and sell custom research projects as applicableEfficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.How To Join:Want to hear more? What You'll Need:3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a mix of syndicated and custom market researchA desire and aptitude to stay informed of clients' biggest business challenges and opportunitiesProven experience in managing multiple client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies in a similar environmentEffective organization and time management skills; impeccable written and phone communication skillsA results-oriented team playerSomeone who is conversant in leading-edge consumer research and media trendsA fast learner who is at ease with technologyEligible to work in the United StatesTravel as neededLocation is flexible
