Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Meet goals for number of contacts, meetings, new clients and revenue.
• Make use of company SalesForce CRM tool to track and manage customer contact activity.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Grow sales with your existing customers by increasing knowledge of their strategy and needs.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to sell a value-added, relationship building product employing a consultative, solution providing approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently against a variety of objectives using time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to get to YES in the prospect cycle and move into viable business opportunities.
• Desire to have fun, be part of a team, empathize with your client and business partners.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate strategic recommendations both internally and externally in a clear concise manner.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Professional communication (written and verbal) and persuasive public speaking skills.
• Analytical skills and solid planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must have working knowledge of CRM.
• Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and transportation, as this is an outside sales position.
