Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue in the assigned territory. They will manage a team of up to 10 sales reps who are focused solely on hunting and closing new business. This role is ideal for a talented, experienced sales manager with a history of successfully developing a team and attaining revenue targets in a competitive B2B market. The company is growing rapidly with potential for upward mobility as the new opportunities arise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing outside B2B sales representatives
• A proven track record of success in growing and developing employees
• Demonstrated results in driving new business acquisition
• Bachelor's Degree is required
