Join one of Boston’s fastest growing, home improvement companies! Our client is looking for motivated, hard-working individuals with positive attitudes to fill inside sales positions. Representatives are responsible for generating sales from warm and cold leads as well as helping maintain relationships with existing customers.

You will be working with their team to close new business. With an assigned and existing client list there are high opportunity contacts to connect with and identify a need from (paint, carpentry, home improvement). Once you have determined a need, now you can set up an appointment with an outside sales representative.

Job Description

As a full time member our client’s team, you will:

Be trained to succeed in an advanced sales position with a $120,000k to $200,000k earning potential by shadowing existing senior sales people on their calls, and learning on the go. Our client begins their top sales people at entry level positions.

Daily Tasks Include:
• Make 100-150 calls per day minimum to set appointments and follow up.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of hiring our team.
• Identify client’s needs and provide solutions tailored to those needs.
• Gather and enter data into sales database.
• Follow up with call back leads and manage them within company software.
• Attend weekly team building meetings.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals necessary to maintain company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years inside sales or customer service-related calling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
