Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be working directly with the Sales Director to build and expand the list of IT clients. This is the opportunity to make a direct impact on the companies success and rapidly grow within the organization. You get the opportunity to be a part of developing the dynamics and evolution of the company as well.

- Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, referrals, lead generation, etc.
- Prospect, develop, maintain and close business
- Effectively negotiate client contracts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead quotas
- Research target market clients and conduct face to face discovery meetings


- Must come from the IT Staffing space
- 4-10 years experience in building client relationships and negotiating contracts, calling on C-Level executives
- Proven track record of success demonstrated by exceeding goals and quota
- The ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and showcases perseverance
