Job Description

The Senior Director Business Development plans and directs all aspects of business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. You are responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities.

You will conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities, including driving new sales opportunities.

You will grow partnerships and must be comfortable speaking at trade organizations and at conferences.

You will manage negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals with partners, re sellers, and API marketplaces.


• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in API marketplaces and tools, P2P enterprise software, or data brokerage businesses.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Analyst Relations or Pre-Sales SME.
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Demonstrated and proven sales, business development, analyst relations, and product management and product marketing results
