Job Description

Redapt is looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is considered a highly autonomous role requiring a proactive, strategic and dynamic IT Sales Professional. In this role, the Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing new accounts and account penetration with existing clients for data center hardware and solutions selling of a cloud professional services portfolio.

The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the New England area. They will develop strong partnerships between the company and accounts through the coordination of sales, contracts, technical support teams, internal sales and by partnering with vendors and channel partners on specific accounts.

Drive proactive sales activities governed by meeting all targets and objectives
Develop and plan account strategies and activities for new accounts
Determine and drive the strategy for recruiting and closing clients
Provide customer and competitor feedback to management
Establish and build high level profitable relationships within Enterprise Organizations
Own the customer experience and be the face of the sales organization


Bachelors Degree preferred
Extensive green field sales experience within a technical organization
Track record in IT Solutions selling, preferably with familiarity selling at the Data Center level
Proven customer acquisition skills
Strong strategic sales skills and business acumen
High self-esteem, energy, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Intrinsically motivated.
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills including ability to present confidently to an audience from all levels within an organization
