C A Lupp Inc is immediately hiring Insurance Advisors! We are looking for several new advisors to accept the role with no experience necessary. New associates will assist with conducting enrollments servicing both our existing and future clients. This career can go as far as you'd like it to... and that’s up to you! We offer products and services that businesses and employees want and need. You will work closely with a coordinator to ensure you are hitting the income goals that you personally set. All associates will attend meetings and training programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts through referral networks.

Additional Compensation:
You can earn vested lifetime renewals.
There are no limits on territory, so your potential is not restricted.
All New Associates are eligible for $2000 in bonus money per quarter.
Fully vested Stock bonuses (Stock currently at an all-time high per share) Quarterly & Annual Cash Bonuses.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Research and develop new business opportunities by seeking out clients in the surrounding area employer market.
• Use your networking and consultative skills to help CEOs, business owners and HR managers determine which voluntary benefits programs suit their employees best
• Provide employers with presentations that effectively communicate the Aflac ability to enhance employers' benefit package.
• Enroll clients using web-based enrollment systems.
• Maintain relationships with employers and clients that includes service and continued sales.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Prior sales experience not essential but preferred.
