The Opportunity

Sales Development sits at the forefront of Clear Capital’s sales strategy and success. You’re the first person on the scene, the first face or voice of the company’s brand. It’s imperative these timeless qualities shine through you.

We seek disciplined hunters who want to join a new sales team, poised for great success. We love people from top caliber universities or with impressive academic records. Previous experience working for High-Tech companies or Financial Services is a huge plus. Top performers will have an opportunity to transition to an Inside Sales Representative.

Who We Seek to Hire

We are hiring sharp, enthusiastic, and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to attract prospective customers, develop their career in Sales, and Change the Way Banks, Lenders and Investors value real estate assets. We look for recent university graduates with inherent leadership qualities, polished business acumen, a love for technology, and a fun sense of humor.

What to Expect from the Role

You’ll work from our Truckee or Reno office and team with Inside and Outside Sales Executives to build a viable revenue pipeline for the business. And while you’re an SDR, we’ll teach and coach you how to sell real estate valuation solutions including traditional and alternative valuation products, analytics and data and SaaS software. Our most successful SDRs will be highly organized, and exude infectious, positive attitudes. They know how to hustle and win.

What you will do

Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify sales-ready leads
Develop highly scalable sales skills and a knowledge of the Clear Capital product offering and market
Complete training program, and receive advanced training throughout career
Participate in an enhanced career path and training program, preparing you to be a Inside Sales Representative
Build a sales/lead pipeline with qualified opportunities for Sales and Account Management teams
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline via phone and email communications
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

Desired education and/or experience

Bachelor’s Degree and/or commensurate experience
