The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills. You will have the opportunity to manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. As a Job Coordinator, you will work directly with both our clients and our candidates, to ensure a trusting and mutually beneficial partnership. ROI works with exceptional companies all across the Northeast to help them eliminate bad hiring decisions, while introducing them to the most qualified candidates in the industry. By diligently managing our clients' staffing needs, we allow them to better focus on their core business, technical priorities, and profitability.


• Source and identify top talent that represent the specific job requirements
• Identify passive candidates by utilizing cold-calling techniques, internet research, and networking
• Manage the lead-based recruitment process that centers around changing priorities and client needs
• Meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences, and contact peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs
• Screen and interview candidates
