Job Description

The Director of Sales Operations will be supporting the entire organization with a primary focus on sales and marketing enablement.

The Director of Sale Operation’s primary task will be to create and support key business initiatives and eliminate inconsistencies within the organization.
Focused on creating Salesforce.com build outs, reports and training around best practices
Partnering across the organization with Sales, Product Development, Sales Engineering and Marketing.

Requirements

2+ Years of Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience with preference for a technology-driven/software sales model.
Experience working within Salesforce.com to create reports and analytics
Ability to work cross-functionally (primarily with product and marketing teams) in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent time management and project management skills
