Job Description

If you are a recent or soon-to-be college graduate and you are looking to begin a career in Sales then you should consider this Entry Level Sales Development Representative position at MassPay. The goal of this position is to identify and develop new business prospects for the sales team. The right candidate will be goal orientated, self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast paced environment, inspired by working with people, and is eager to drive profitability for the company.

The overall mission of this position is to help to expand MassPay’s client base by using a smooth and efficient sales process. The daily objective is to schedule appointments that will potentially add revenue for the company, maintaining a resilient and focused sales approach each day, create a powerful positive impression when you speak with a prospect, and offer a compelling reason that leads the prospect to learn more about our products and services. You will be responsible for hitting established goals and, with demonstrated success, there will be an opportunity to potentially move into an outside sales role based on exceptional performance.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of sales and/or business development experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong prospecting skills – confident to make cold calls, ask for referrals, & seek new leads
• Excellent presentation skills
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent client management skills
• Willingness to learn
• Desire to work as part of a Team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus
