They are continuing to expand their team and are looking for a Territory Manager to grow their business here in New England. In addition to Benefits and Payroll services, our client has a product line that focuses on Human Capital Management (HCM) Software and Services, offering full SHRM certified consultants to completely outfit an organization’s HR needs.

Job Description

The Territory Manager will be responsible for hunting net new business across a New England Territory, primarily focused on larger employee accounts (100-500 employees).

The Territory Manager will be supported by a team of inside business development representatives who will pass qualified leads, but will still need to prospect and hunt for net new accounts.

You will be responsible for weekly metrics as well as monthly and annual quota goals.


- 3+ years of experience in HCM Software and Services
- Experience working with large scale accounts and attaining over $1M in net new business/year
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Will consider any candidates with a non-compete

Base salary with OTE, plus car and phone allowance and expense account.

Base Comp. $55,000.00
Total Comp. $200,000.00
