TAB Products Co LLC, the global leader in records and information management systems for vital documents has a career opportunity as an New Business Development Rep at our Dallas, TX location. This position will work collaboratively with multiple Field Sales Representatives to drive new business and renew and increase existing business within the Energy Teams account list.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete and maintain a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day.
• Maintain prospect lists and monitor call activity.
• Set up appointments via outbound calls, email, or Linked-In or other methods for the Energy Team members.
• Follow up on incoming inquiries generated through web advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Provide high visibility account management within account base to determine sell up/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Generate a high level of sales activity including calls, e-mails, and introductory presentations to prospective customers to source and qualify new sales opportunities;
• Assist in preparing quotes & proposals
• Assist in and participate in sales meetings as directed
• Track activities in SalesForce.com

Requirements

• Strong prospecting and phone skills
• Demonstrated account/customer management experience
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and peer team members
• Must be a high energy individual with excellent communication and sales skills, with proven ability to prospect, qualify, define value and solution sell
• Bachelors degree preferred, and a minimum of two years sales experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• SalesForce.com database/software experience is preferred
• Excellent time management skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines;
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
