Private Jet Services Group (PJS) is a private aviation consultancy providing mission-critical flight services to a global clientele of corporations, professional and collegiate sports teams, live entertainment tours, governments, and others who recognize the cost of their transportation is far exceeded by the cost of failure. PJS procures on behalf of those clients both VIP and coach configured airliners, regional aircraft, as well as small, midsize, and large cabin executive jets. PJS maintains a repeat-client rate in excess of 90% and this strong client loyalty is the best indicator of PJS's specialization, pricing, and performance. PJS acts as agent for its clients in negotiating and facilitating transportation with licensed air carriers. PJS does not own, or operate aircraft.

Job Description

Responsible for building relationships and educating new direct clients and third party resellers with a
consultancy approach.

Position Goals:
• Develop 135/121 charter service and Jet Card product offering by meeting or exceeding sales
• Increase company revenue by delivering net new clients.
• Maintain existing accounts.
• Increase awareness and educate the marketplace on PJS value propositions.

Essential Functions:
• Call on new potential accounts, setting client visits, educate and inform third party resellers on
PJS products and services – Jet Card, Total Flight Management (TFM), Corporate Shuttle, VIP
and commercial configured airliners, executive jets.
• Represent the company at tradeshows; follow up on new sales leads generated from same.
• Discover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects.
• Convert pre-qualified leads in several databases to new clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, bids and provide information to ultimately win and attain trip
• Maintain a nationwide travel schedule to cover all major markets when appropriate.
• Escort new accounts sold on flights when appropriate.
• Host demonstrations of flights and plane visits for qualified clients.


• Well organized and capable of aggressively pursuing a strategy of inside and outside sales
• Ability to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clients
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to act as an ambassador of the PJS brand to help grow company culture.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 5+ years of Hospitality and sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Aviation experience preferred.
• Experience with contact management software CRM preferred.
