Job Description

Boston Logic is experiencing dramatic growth. Backed by a leading global private equity firm, we're bringing our technology to real estate brokerages across North America. Scaling our sales team is a cornerstone of our growth strategy. We are seeking an Business Development Representative with significant experience selling technology and marketing products into the real estate brokerage vertical. A well developed network and a working knowledge of the space is critical for success in this role.

As an Business Development Representative with Boston Logic, you will place a large volume of outbound calls to generate higher-level meetings and demonstrations. As a natural communicator, we are seeking a sales pro with the innate ability to elicit trust and enthusiasm from cold leads.


Desired Skills and Experience:

• A year of experience working on telephone prospecting, or inside sales for a technology company preferred
• Have a resilient can do attitude and can find the fun in a day of cold calls
• Excellent phone skills
• Self starter who is comfortable working independently
• Familiar with internet technologies, and online marketing
• Experience working with CRM software / Salesforce preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
• Interested in developing your skills
