Job Description

Over the past year, PPS has grown quickly and we are now in search of a sales-oriented team member to keep that momentum alive. As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISC), the ideal candidate is results-driven and thrives in an independent work environment where acquiring new business plus enriching current client relationships, are their main objectives. This position is primarily a phone-based sales role yet it will have the opportunity for travel to the territory for face-to-face agency meetings. The successful ISC is self-motivated to exceed goals and presents themselves in a professional manner. It would be a bonus if the ISC has experience with premium finance agreements or has spent time in the insurance industry … but that’s not required.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Consult with agents to uncover new pay-as-you-go or traditional premium financing agreements
• Proactively market PPS Programs to insurance agencies primarily through phone calls yet complimented with territory travel for face-to-face agency meetings and/or trade show participation
• Drive revenue growth by closing multiple accounts with various agents within small to mid-sized agencies
• Work closely with the PPS internal team to prepare sales proposals and ensure premiums are paid timely
• Commit to enter detailed notes on each account within our agency management system
• Promote the PPS Product Suite through various marketing mediums


• Passion for uncovering and closing new sales opportunities
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Proven ability to present oneself in a professional and likeable manner over the phone
• Two (2) years of phone-based sales experience
• Significant organizational and prioritization skills
• Desire to work with a great group of people based at our office located in Bedford, MA
