Job Description

*ORIG3N* is looking for an energetic and motivated *National Sales Executive*

The National Sales Executive will be responsible for building the business by forming dynamic and strategic partnerships with clients while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting, to qualifying, to close. Competitive base plus uncapped commission. Located in Boston, MA


Reporting to the Director of Sales, developing ORIG3N’s DNA test market, the ideal National Sales Executive candidate is currently in a B2B Sales role responsible for developing and closing consultative sales ranging from $500K to $1MM to senior client executives with emphasis on dealing effectively with their business concerns.
* The National Sales Executive should have a broad customer domain experience.
* This individual must be skilled in direct consultative selling and complex account sales.
* The National Sales Executive will be identifying, pursuing, engaging with, and qualifying business opportunities
* Maintaining Salesforce CRM database for tracking new sales opportunities, customer/channel partner engagements, and customer feedback
* Aligning and monitoring partner’s sales forecasts against monthly targets, and facilitate appropriate corrective actions to ensure sales objectives are achieved
* Keeping management informed of ongoing sales team activities by submitting activity and results reports, work plans, sales forecasts, and monthly and annual territory analyses
* Projecting professionalism and dedication to customer success



The ideal National Sales Executive will have:
* 5+ years selling and closing seven figure accounts and B2B selling
* Proven, winning track record.
* Experience developing new business opportunities
* Experience growing a pipeline, with strong understanding on how to close an opportunity.
* Possesses the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
* Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals and meeting sales targets.
* Team player with strong communication skills, positive can-do attitude, and professional demeanor.
* Demonstrated customer relationship development and management skills.
* Excellent spoken, written, presentation, and problem solving skills.
* Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM database/software.
* Experience in and passionate about healthcare, fitness, sports and wellness a plus.
