Our client is an established and growing financial services firm offering a variety of solutions and services both at the executive and corporate level. They are third-generation operated and owned, allowing them to build lasting relationships with a client-centric focus. They are currently looking for a new business development executive to their established team to further the organizations growth.

Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be focused on bringing net new business into the organization across all divisions: Retirement, Benefits, Life Insurance, Wealth Management and Investment Services.

The Business Development Executive will be working cross functionally within the organization, with the Principals, Department Heads and Client Services Team. You will be expected to travel locally to attend networking events as well as present on-site at clients.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a C-Level, relationship driven sell
- Experience closing business face-to-face with clients
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA Preferred
- Additional Licenses Preferred but not required: FINRA securities licenses and MA life and health licenses, CFP®, CPA, CLU, Series 7

Base Comp. $60,000.00
