Job Description

As our Business Development Rep you will network and connect with real estate agents in Houston to generate properties for Senna to purchase.

Primary Responsibility:
The Business Development Rep will do this through setting up brokerage meetings, meeting one on one with agents, sponsoring events and putting on events that further the goal of spreading Senna’s message and creating front of mind brand awareness.

Essential Duties:
• Call and visit brokerage offices to generate at least 2 presentations a week direct with agents
• Start and maintain long standing relationships with agents to facilitate brand awareness and create opportunities to purchase properties
• Work hand in hand with agents and homeowners throughout the entire buying process; using our method determine what we can pay for the property
• Maintain a high level of customers satisfaction
• Continue relationships with our investor buyers to sell the properties once they under contract

• Proven track record of success in the workplace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, editing, and communication skills
• Real estate license preferred but not mandatory
