Our client is a growing global manufacturer in the industrial technology space. They manufacture an advanced material solution that improves reliability and performance across multiple markets including transportation, aerospace, and telecommunications. They are one of the only companies in the world that has this capability and they are currently looking for a talented sales executive that understands the industrial/electronic components space to help grow new business and drive revenue.

Job Description

As a Strategic Account Executive you will:

- Aggressively prospect and mine for new accounts
- Follow-up and support the outside Sales Representatives with quotes, conference calls, onsite customer visits, etc
- Attend trade shows, present lunch-n-learns via WebEx and at customer sites, meet with key stakeholders at onsite customer visits and via conference calls

Requirements

- 5-15 years of experience selling
- Understands a 2-3 year sales cycle
- Technical apptitude, calling into engineers
- Global perspective on selling
- Understands the Industrial space
- Background in electronic components is a plus
- Self driven, aggressive, thinks outside the box
- Able to travel 25-30% of the time, internationally as well
