Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for bringing on new business and managing an install base of 75+ accounts in a Mid-Atlantic territory.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for signing on new accounts, presenting training material and support to the solar installers by establishing a unique strategy for each account. You will be supported by an inside sales team but will be responsible for a full-sale cycle, traveling to customers and following-up with colleagues and clients.


- 3+ years experience in some aspect of the Solar Market (Manufacturer, Distributor, Installer, etc.)
- Industry Experience and Market Knowledge is a MUST
- Comfortable with public speaking, negotiation and managing the sales process
- Ability to build strong lasting business relationships through a solutions oriented process

Education & Requirements:
- Associates Degree+
Ability to travel 50-70% of the time
- Valid Drivers License
