Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, motivated, and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of the executive team, helping shape the direction of the company. You will support internal communication needs, as well as external marketing functions. You are the brand ambassador for Treeline, and the inbound revenue generator.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving brand, demand generation, and revenue
• Creating marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns that align with company, culture, and growth goals around marketing and sales
• Increasing all inbound and organic traffic growth to support revenue goals
• Educating our sales audience and introducing them to Treeline's service offerings through a variety of marketing channels
• Building email campaigns that drive conversations to the sales team
• Creating content that builds a strong sales community by adding value, converting, and nurturing our growing sales audience
• Executing social media strategy
• Building partnerships with top sales experts, local communities, companies, and universities
• Managing and overseeing all website development
• Partnering with customer success to make sure our software and solutions deliver results with efficiency and ease
• Reporting and analyzing all marketing and sales data

Requirements

• 2-5 years in a b2b marketing role, software experience is a plus
• Content-focused-must be a strong, creative, and articulate writer
• SEO experience needed
• Must have Marketing Automation experience-Pardot experience preferred
• Experience managing social media channels
• Metrics-driven with experience building out a sales and marketing strategy
• Design experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must have positive and patient attitude
