J and K Sales is an Independent Manufacturer's Representative proudly serving the Plumbing, Heating, Industrial PVF and Irrigation markets in New England & Upstate New York since 1981. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Sales team. This individual will represent, promote and sell our plumbing, hydronic heating and HVAC lines. He or she will serve as liaison between the customer and manufacturer to recommend products, conduct demonstrations and facilitate training sessions. We are not hiring a resume and are willing to train the right individual.

Job Description

• Manage territory accounts by developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Act as the point of contact and liaison between manufacturer and market
• Promote product lines
• Take an active role in self-development by continuously gaining skills in technical expertise, market understanding, product knowledge, etc.
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals


• Ability to work independently; Self-motivated
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation
• Travel requirements: Frequent travel within territory; 20% overnight travel
