Job Description

The Technical Support Managing will be responsible supervisory duties including leading a team of 4 remote technical support representatives
The Technical Support Manager will be involved with inbound technical support issues and
The Support Manager will be focused on mentoring the team in regards to technical issues, software malfunctions and troubleshooting


2+ years of team lead or management experience at the help desk/ support level
2+ years of Network Security or Cloud Technology
Experience in Systems Engineering, Windows Server Environments, and Security Software
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical area
Strong phone, presentation and communication skills.

Located in Burlington, MA - reports to office daily

Base Comp. $80,000.00
Total Comp. $100,000.00
