Our client has been a leader in the managed IT service space for almost 20 years, serving a variety of industries. They are headquartered just outside of Boston and are experiencing rapid growth. They are excited to expand their team and are looking for a Business Development Representative!

Job Description

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for sourcing their own leads, as well as nurturing marketing-generated leads. They will be setting appointments for the Account Executive to complete the sales process. The role requires a self-starter who is not afraid of the phone and has a baseline understanding of the sales process.


• 6 months to 2 years’ experience in a high volume outbound sales role
• Well spoken, articulate, self-motivated
• Diligent, organized
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Base Comp. $35,000.00
Total Comp. $60,000.00
