Job Description

1. Obtain team revenue and gross profit goal as assigned to your team
2. Responsible for the management of the daily tasks of your team members
3. Develop and implement a strategy for retaining and further developing existing clients
4. Respond to RFQ’s in a timely and professional manner.
5. Develop Account Plans for all assigned accounts
6. Handle the more difficult RFQ’s that are submitted daily(3-10) to include quoting and buying
7. Enter quotes into SAGE CRM system daily as needed
8. Spend one hour a day or more calling into senior personnel in your client/prospect database(20-40 phone calls daily)
9. Document all calls and tasks into SAGE CRM’s communication field
10. Provide service to existing clients that is consider suitable and would not disparage the image of the Netria Corporation.
11. Report to superiors any mistakes, delays and/or events that could have a significant impact on the fiscal policies of the Netria Corporation
12. Assist the accounting personnel in collecting overdue invoices when requested
13. Work with all sales, operations and shipping personnel in such a way that promotes a team environment.


Specific Job Skills:
Good “C” level communication skills. Account management skills. Time management skills. The ability to act as a broker and structure and close a deal utilizing the phone as a primary communication tool. Able to work with minimum supervision

Computer Skills:
CRM usage skills, Microsoft office, and other basic computer skills

Literacy and Numeracy:
Able to understand profit and loss calculations and business finance. Must be a competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.

Base Comp. $60,000.00
Total Comp. $110,000.00
