Job Description

• Manage focus target accounts outlined by region manager against specific objectives.
• Selling complete product portfolio to include but not limited to out of hospital customers (non-acute).
• Assist Territory Managers with Evaluations to ensure proper coverage in targeted accounts and qualifying new accounts for TM.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with sales, customer service and marketing teams to enhance technical visibility and company image within all accounts.
• Prospect via phone, cold calling, internet activity.
• Initiate contact with prospective and existing customers with the mission of developing new business.
• Respond to prospect customers inquiries relating to wound closure products
• Achieve sales, qualify opportunity pipeline and lead growth goals of the wound closure business.
• Assist in selling surgical medical device portfolio as directed by RM and TM of products to new and existing customers in support of region objectives and strategic targets.
• Develop and maintain customer contact database.
• Provide reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales and projects accurately and on time.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of competitive products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales and customer service experience required, experience with medical devices preferred. Proven sales skills strongly preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
• Highly organized and has very effective time management skills.
• Highly customer focused and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated Success in working in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Salesforce.com, as well as networks and internet applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and relationships with many customers well
