Graphisoft North America (NA), the North American distributor of ArchiCAD, is looking for an energetic, dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join its rapidly growing Sales Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working collaboratively as a key member of the Inside Sales Team, the new Inside Sales Representative will be a true hunter ready to take the outbound lead generation and prospecting to the next-level. Graphisoft NA is a fast-paced, hard-working and results-oriented team environment tackling a multi-million dollar market with its leading technology and services. The new Inside Sales Representative will have to bring a proven track record of exceeding 100% quota attainment and the ability to secure new clients by presenting customized solutions. Key Performance Indicators for the role could include meeting or exceeding quota, work ethic and adherence of Graphisoft values, level of customer retention and customer satisfaction, quality of sales plans and forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence according to Graphisoft NA expectations.

Job Description

General responsibilities are as follows:

• Generating a consistent flow of sales qualified leads for the Field Sales and Channel Sales Teams
• Converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads using industry best practices and internal techniques
• Identifying and closing inside sales (e.g. upselling) opportunities with existing users; executing proactive account management to increase user contact; and ensuring regular and effective communication with the installed base
• Identifying and closing direct sales opportunities in unassigned territories
• Coordinating and managing software sales opportunities with agents
• Reporting customer contact and providing data regularly to the Graphisoft CRM system
• Keeping informed of industry changes, new products and services, and other items of interest to customers
• Representing the company at industry conferences and events as necessary

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with outstanding commercial understanding and a very results-oriented character who is able to deal with and influence decision makers on the client side
• High energy and high integrity self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to think on one’s feet, take initiative, make decisions independently and “get things done”
• Proven analytical skills to understand the drivers behind business performance and market trends and translate them into business opportunities for Graphisoft NA
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
• 1-3 years quota-driven sales or lead generation experience, preferably in the software and, more specifically, in the AEC industry
• BS degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or related field (in lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
