Job Description

Client Success Associate (CSA) – Love cultivating and nurturing client relationships? Have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and realize a strong ROI? Ability to up-sell current clients?

As Client Success Associate (CSA) you will be a critical part of our Client Success & Sales Team, responsible for ensuring success and growth of our healthcare clients. CSA will work closely with clients to match UbiCare’s best practices, ideas, innovations and capabilities to clients’ needs. You will use data & insights to help clients recognize & realize ROI, and expand their business with us.

Responsibilities and Duties

CSA Key Responsibilities include:

Establish strong client relationships from on-boarding & implementation to successful product usage & adoption.
Work with clients to create tailored account plans , with goal to reinforce value
Ensure clients have significant connection to our products and use them effectively.
Use data to evaluate, understand and share product impact with clients.


Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to project energy, confidence and establish credibility via phone and email
Exceptional client interaction and verbal/written communication skills
Organized and methodical with excellent follow-through to ensure expectations & deadlines are met or exceeded
Acute attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple customers simultaneously
Data-driven orientation
Technology background and interest a plus
Healthcare knowledge and experience
BA/BS degree

Base Comp. $45,000.00
Total Comp. $50,000.00
