Since 2003, their product has continued to improve the quality of care and operational efficiencies in hospitals. They are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their growing team.

Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be assigned existing customer accounts, and will be asked to onboard and establish new accounts. You will be the direct point of contact to answer questions and to help make sure customers are optimizing the use of the software, to ensure their success and growth. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls regarding your assigned accounts, requiring a proactive, self-starter.


• 1-5 years customer success/account management experience
• Healthcare knowledge preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Proactive, self-starter, outgoing

Base Comp. $45,000.00
Total Comp. $50,000.00
