Job Description

Overall sales responsibility for Middle TN market. We sell Utility Vehicles and Golf Car based products to Commercial customers. Primary activities to include, prospecting, sales presentations, demonstrations, customer training, maintaining CRM and coordinating quotes/orders with Inside Sales in home office. Daily travel to meet with customers is expected with occasional overnight trips for out of state meetings.

This is a commission based selling role. A draw of $5,000 per month, paid bi-weekly will be available for the first six months of work (this amount will be netted to commissions earned). First year commission will pay at 45% for vehicle net margin on a target net margin of $180,400 for a payout of $81,180 on vehicle sales. Any margin dollars above that will be paid at 50% for vehicle sales. Service and Parts margins to end customers will be commissioned at 10% of net margin. This plan will be evaluated annually to provide rewards consistent with our three year plan and assure equity.

Company will provide a vehicle, gas and repair along with marketing expenses. Customer Entertainment will be paid per approval of each event. Daily meals will be the employee’s responsibility. The company will also provide laptop and phone.
