Job Description

All Star Recruiting is looking for outgoing, detail-oriented individuals to work in a fast-paced, team-centric environment sales support role. The Sales Administrative Specialist will be responsible for assisting the All Star Recruiting sales teams and occasionally upper management by providing administrative and operational support to ensure accurate and timely Provider temporary staffing assignments are completed.


Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal/written communication skills (ability to write effectively a must)
Time Management skills a must
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work autonomously.
A degree of creativity and latitude is required


Bachelor’s degree preferred; BS in Health Administration a plus
At least three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in related field.
Experience in Healthcare Staffing a plus.
Familiarity with data entry procedures and a large-scale database system (CRM)
