Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new business and sourcing pipeline through direct outreach for enterprise accounts.
You will be responsible for calling and qualifying leads, and will be partnered with the sales team to drive new revenue.
You must be enthusiastic, aggressive, driven, and polished.
Promotion path to Account Executive (typically after 1 year of success)

Location: Reporting Daily to a Burlington, MA office; no travel.


1-3 Years of outbound prospecting experience within a tech or software company
Exceptional communication skills
Enthusiasm, persistence, resilience
Competitive and committed the success of oneself and the team
Degree Preferred

Base Comp. $50,000.00
Total Comp. $75,000.00
