Data analysis, supported by our proprietary algorithm, provides customized training for each individual patient. Our goal is to keep patients motivated and eager to accelerate their recovery.

Job Description

We are located in Broadway/Burlingame, CA selling innovative rehab devices.

The Inbound Sales Manager works in a fast-paced, high volume, result-driven environment. The position reaches out to potential customers who are looking for the innovative home therapy tool for hand/arm/shoulder/memory after the stroke or brain injuries.
If you have done residential sales and would rather have an office to work from, this could be for you! (NO COLD CALLING!)

Job responsibilities:
• Close new accounts via phone and collect payment. (travel: 0%)
• Range of customer support through various channels (phone/email/Skype, etc).
• Maintain great relationships with customers and coordinate resolutions for any issues or concerns.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable items that can be leveraged for product improvement or development.

Requirements

• Bay Area resident
• At least 1+ year of prior sales experience in the consumer-facing business. (B2C sales)
• Door-to-door or face-to-face sales experience highly valued! (Although we don't do either)
• Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
• Great listening and closing skills
• Work experience in a busy calling environment

• Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service
• Able and willing to learn/be trained
• Must be able to use Google Doc.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills

Brownie points:
• Previous experience in start-up environments and successful track of records
• San Francisco Giants fan
