Job Description

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a sales leader that can easily take on the role of “player and coach”. The b.well platform sells itself, but we need a rock star sales leader to establish a strategy, build a team, and execute . Initially, you will close deals while we grow. Concurrently, you will be responsible for developing and scaling sales efforts nationally, and eventually globally. You will be skilled at developing a streamlined sales process and position your team for success. You will ideally leverage your existing rolodex of C-level healthcare executives and passionately sell a product that will empower consumers everywhere.


Other Responsibilities:

-Hitting the ground running generating leads and closing deals based on your superhuman sales powers
-Develop and scale sales efforts for b.well Connected Health, overseeing sales, business development, marketing and commercial go-to-market strategy for the product
-Establish a repeatable sales process on a national level, including quotas, pipeline, hiring, compensation plans, territory maps, and financial reporting.
-Meet leadership expectations regarding quarterly and annual revenue goals, develop metrics and goals and report on them regularly
-Compress existing sales cycles and improve efficiency of the sales department through innovation, out of the box thinking and leadership.
-Lead marketing efforts based on commercial go-to-market plan and customer feedback
-Become an integral part of our leadership team, set strategy and direction for the company and the staff and help guide decision making
-Collaborate with staff, the board and external stakeholders and become an ambassador to the b.well brand and our mission

Requirements


Notches in your belt:

-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
-10+ years of experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology software sales with a proven track record of achieving quotas and establishing winning strategy
-Experience building and managing a team (player and coach!)
-Extensive experience selling to c-suite executives (preferably CEO, CFO, COO) as well as coaching and leading sales team to do the same
-Demonstrated self-starter willing to jump in head first and dig in
-Deep understanding of the transforming healthcare landscape and passionate to make a difference in the world
-Extensive communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent integrity and reputation in the industry
