As a result, they are looking to add an additional Technical Support Engineer to join the team who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer position is an opportunity to join a small team where your contributions directly impact the success of the organization.
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for handling any post sales technical issues and support with the clients.
The Technical Support Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning and also maintain client relationships.


5+ years relevant experience in technical post sales support
Expertise in a load testing or monitoring solution
A B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a post sales role
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; experience participating in Blogs from a solutions stand point

Location: Reporting daily to a Burlington, MA office; No travel required
