Our client is the largest provider of complex test equipment and services globally. They are focused on working closely with their client base to provide them with testing equipment solutions through purchasing or rental basis. They target industry verticals that span aerospace, automotive, medical, power & industrial, and more. They are building out an outbound inside sales team in their Raleigh/Durham, NC office.

Job Description

The Sales Representative is a 100% hunter focused sales role where you will be making a high volume of calls on a daily basis to dormant clients. They have a database built in SFDC of 10K client contacts that need to be contacted, qualified, vetted, and sold. This person will be selling into a wide variety of companies and industry verticals – most decision makers are in Engineering or Purchasing.

Working in a team based environment to tee up qualified leads to the Sales team
Measured on activity(# of calls/day, leads passed, and conversion of leads to revenue.


1-4 years of inside sales experience – phone sales is a must
Communicate effectively, verbally and written word – experience in building rapport, qualifying potential clients, ability to work with the sales team to escalate sales opportunities to close.
Experience with is a plus
Degree is preferred but not required
Ability to work off hours some days of the week (West Coast Hours)

Total Comp. $60,000.00
