Job Description

• The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business, managing a team of outside and inside sales representatives, and managing Strategic Accounts.
• The Regional Sales Manager will build and nurture long-term relationships while working on complex solutions within the Software industry
• Excellent presentation skills and closing ability with C-Level decision makers
• Excellent planning/organizational skills with a customer-first mindset


• 10+ years of Technology sales experience
• 5+ years of managing a team of field representatives.
• Experience with a value-based solution sale in the Software industry
• Proven track record of pipeline management and quota achievement
• Entrepreneurial experience and attitude at the enterprise level
• Bachelor’s Degree is required

Location: Reporting daily to the Santa Clara, CA office: 50% travel to Key Accounts across the West Coast Territory
