Job Description

As Business Development Associate you will play a critical role in helping us grow our business by expanding and identifying new business opportunities to increase sales.

Responsibilities are :
• Drive new business and hunt to uncover new opportunities via the phone
• Connect with clients and prospects to clarify their business needs and provide solutions via phone
• Communicate UbiCare's value proposition to a variety of complex buyers that can benefit.
• Develop prospect lists and follow the sales process to closure - convert leads to clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed goals to achieve desired deliverables and sales results.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and achievements. Required Qualifications:
• Excellent phone & email skills, ability to project energy, confidence and establish credibility.
• Experience with quickly assessing opportunities and creating urgency to prompt fast action.
• Exceptional at time management and prioritizing efforts, and a master at multi-tasking
• Diligent follow-up and follow-through with disciplined tracking of all interactions & information to ensure expectations and deadlines are met or exceeded
• Motivated, persuasive and results-driven
• Skilled in sales and solution selling
• Demonstrated experience with inside sales closing business
• Knows how to use a CRM
• Track record of meeting/exceeding goals
• BA/BS degree
