Adtech Systems is a privately held audio visual design and systems integration firm with state-of the-art technologies installed across industry sectors. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Massachusetts, Adtech designs, builds, and installs interactive AV solutions allowing clients to collaborate seamlessly. Services include AV design and integration of video conferencing systems for business and education, building-wide digital signage, video walls & projection systems, collaborative conference tables, as well as the latest in classroom technology. Job Description

This is a 100% hunter, outside sales role. Working remotely, calling on businesses, and selling Audio/Visual business solutions. You will be responsible to cold call, vet out potential clients, conduct demonstrations, and close business. This is an autonomous sales role where you will need to be organized, diligent, and work with a sense of urgency.


• 5-15 years of solution/service based sales experience
• Working in an outside sales model
• Technology experience is nice to have but not a must
• Coachable, humble, team player
• Consultative sales approach

Base Comp. $65,000.00
Total Comp. $110,000.00
