Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that has an incredibly strong brand in the business analytic space focused on Bio-Med/Pharma industry sector.

The Customer Success Manager will be tasked with supporting new and existing clients to make sure they are using the product to its full functionality
The Customer Success Manager will partner and work directly with clients on any new projects, training, customizations or implementations

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for between 60 - 100 clients and 300-400 users



Requirements

5-10 years of Pre-Sales Support, Post-Sales Support, or as a Client Success Manager/ Customer Success Manager
2+ years of experience in Market Research and Data or Bio-Med, Life Sciences, or Pharma space.
Bachelor's Degree Required


Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office; limited travel up to 10%
