Remote, California - Our client is a global leader in the natural plant and herbal extract industry. Their primary R&D focus is on sugar substitute and sweeteners, such as monk fruit and stevia. As they continue to grow sales, they also continue to reinvest in the organization and new product development. They are currently exporting to 50 countries, including North America. They are looking to expand their US Salesforce and looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the West Coast, focusing on sales and client development.

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be working remotely and cover the West Territory (Colorado through California), focusing on sales and client development.

The Regional Sales Manager will work to grow established relationships with key accounts in the food and beverage, nutraceutical, and beauty industries, as well as to establish net new partnerships.

The Regional Sales Manager will create sales and marketing plans for account development with both direct clients and distributions partners

Reporting into the North American Sales Director based out of NJ.


Requirements

3+ years of experience in the sugar substitute or artificial sweetener industry

3+ years of working remotely and traveling to clients

Experience selling raw materials into manufacturing or distribution partners is key for the success of this position.


Location: Remote working conditions, need to be based in California; Preference for LA; Travel up to 50%.
